4C Construction was established in 2019 by Charles Guynes, who also serves as the owner to Servpro of Parker & NE Hood Counties. Recognizing a significant need for general contractors in the Parker Co. area, the vision for founding 4C Construction was to create a comprehensive, one-stop-shop solution.
